Luseyl Collection is a men’s shoes and clothing wholesale company serving retailers, resellers, online shops, and growing fashion businesses. We supply quality products, competitive wholesale pricing, organized stock, and reliable order support across Somalia.

You are responsible for submitting correct business, product, quantity, pickup, and delivery information. Incorrect details may cause delays, unavailable items, failed delivery, or additional costs.

• Always review product names, designs, sizes, colors, quantities, prices, and totals before confirming payment.
• Check the receiving contact, phone number, address, district, destination, transport method, and delivery notes carefully.
• For branded, customized, or specially packed products, confirm logos, labels, names, colors, quantities, and other specifications before production or preparation.

Wholesale stock availability may change quickly because of demand, incoming shipments, or seasonal sales. An order is confirmed only when product availability, quantities, payment, and order details are accepted by Luseyl Collection.

• Wholesale quotations may expire if stock, sizes, colors, supplier costs, exchange rates, transport costs, or delivery capacity changes.
• We may contact you to reconfirm products, quantities, payment, pickup, transport, or delivery details before preparing or dispatching the order.

Wholesale orders are prepared after payment confirmation unless another written arrangement is approved. We may accept mobile money, bank transfer, card payment, cash, or other approved payment methods.

• Provide proof of payment when requested.
• Do not share PINs, passwords, or sensitive banking details with anyone.
• Unpaid, underpaid, or partially confirmed wholesale orders may be delayed, adjusted, or cancelled.

Returns and cancellations follow our Return & Refund Policy. Customized, branded, clearance, worn, damaged after receipt, or specially prepared wholesale items may be restricted once preparation, packing, or dispatch begins.

• Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or quantity-mismatched items promptly with clear photos, videos, invoice details, and other reasonable proof.
• Customized, branded, special-order, or supplier-ordered products may not be cancellable after production, sourcing, or preparation begins.
• Approved solutions may include replacement, quantity correction, exchange, account credit, store credit, or refund depending on the product condition and circumstances.
